Backstory
I started on the path to create a web site template that would help people focus on content rather than designing their website. Its packaged specifically for customers of Expression Web 4. But you can use the template outside of Expression Web 4 with ease as well.
What is Expression Web 4?

Who made it?
It was created by Jimmy Lee with illustrations from Lena Yeoh of the Microsoft Expression team. Feel free to use and modify the contents of this template to your liking, however you like.
